House prices in the UK continue to rise...
… with the Office for National Statistics (ONS) documenting in its last report that ‘The average house price in England increased by 9.4% over the year to January 2022, down from an increase of 9.9% in the year to December 2021. The average house price in England is now at a record level of £292,000.’
