Last 2 Homes REDUCED by £10,000!

… with the Office for National Statistics (ONS) documenting in its last report that ‘The average house price in England increased by 9.4% over the year to January 2022, down from an increase of 9.9% in the year to December 2021. The average house price in England is now at a record level of £292,000.’
With the average house price touching £300,000 there is little wonder that people are looking to downsize and unlock the equity held within the properties they own.
Park homes have long held considerable appeal for downsizers; private gated communities, low maintenance and reduced energy bills, have added up to a very attractive option. Now they have the added benefit of offering some of the most competitive house price options in the UK.
With a typical two bedroom bricks and mortar bungalow currently on the market for as much as £800,000 in the Kent area, where our Kingsdown Meadow park is located, our team believes that this has yielded as much as a 25% increase in property prices in the last year. Meanwhile, the final two-bedroom homes at our Kingsdown Meadow Park are retained at their original selling price of £275,000.
Marie Hanby, Marketing Manager, Serenity Parks commented; “Buying a two-bedroom bungalow in the area may prove prohibitive for many who are wishing to downsize or locate to this picturesque part of the country. However, choosing one of our park homes brings a great opportunity to enjoy single storey living in a community with likeminded people, and a chance to enjoy a lifestyle that suits your wishes rather than being tied to a large mortgage in later years.”
